Meta Application Data Deletion Instructions

AESPAW LIMITED operates the AesPaw Meta advertising application. To request deletion of information held by us in connection with this application, please email support@aespaw.com with the subject “Meta Application Data Deletion Request.”

Include your name, the email address associated with your request, and the relevant Meta advertising account ID or other information that helps us identify the records you want deleted. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, or application secrets.

We may verify your identity or authority before processing your request. Once verified, we will delete the relevant information under our control, including locally stored advertising reports, unless retention is required by applicable law. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and notify you of the outcome or explain any applicable retention requirements.

You may also revoke the application’s access through your Meta account settings. Revoking access does not automatically delete reports previously downloaded by us; please contact us to request their deletion.

Deletion of our stored copies does not delete original advertising records maintained by Meta or information independently held by other service providers.
