Returns & Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at support@aespaw.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will guide you through the return process and provide a return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges

  • If you want to exchange for a different size or style, please contact us.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
